We want you to love your Heidi Merrick pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and international orders are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Los Angeles studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
